Redkar Hospital and Research Centre (RHRC) is a 50 bed multi-speciality, advanced secondary care centre located at the following address: Mumbai-Goa National Highway, Oxelbag, Dhargal, Pernem, North Goa district, Goa. 403513.

Landmark: It is located close to the Pernem Railway Station and the under construction MOPA airport.

Our services cater to acute emergency, rehabilitative care, diagnostic services and palliative care being delivered in an efficient way. Our team at RHRC strives to create an environment which is patient friendly and transparent.

Infrastructure

1) At Redkar Hospital and Research Centre (RHRC) 10 beds function as a state of art intensive care unit (ICU), looked after by round the clock qualified and experienced Intensivists (doctor with expertise/skill in treating critical care patients).

2) The hospital has two advanced and fully equipped operation theatres with efficient surgical staff and 24/7 availability of a General Surgeon, an Orthopaedic Surgeon, a Urosurgeon, a Neurosurgeon and an ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) surgeon to deal with emergencies and timely care, along with in-house facilities such a pharmacy, CT-Scan, Radiology, and a laboratory.

3) The hospital is equipped with one of the best physiotherapy setup in the state of Goa with a team of qualified and experienced physiotherapists.

4) The staff is trained to focus on patient safety and quality care. We strive to constantly improve our clinical outcomes for patient satisfaction.

It's overall good and best hospital in Mapusa I liked most about their ICU is, for each ICU bed they have provided attached cubicle which has separate entry from outside. You actually stay alongside of your patient separated by a wall which has see through glass, they cover it with curtain while performing procedures. You never feel left alone, and specially for ladies it gives secured and closed space .
